My Journey
I’m Myriam, originally from Switzerland.
I have lived across many countries and now call the Middle East home. Each place has offered its own lessons and perspectives — yet one truth remains universal: we all long to be seen, heard, and supported.
Having spent nearly a decade in the UAE, I understand what it means to raise a family and build a new life away from family, friends, and the comfort of home. I’ve experienced the difficulty of starting over and the growth that comes with it — all while recreating a new sense of identity that honours both my roots and the traditions of the land I now call home.

My Approach
I focus on supporting individuals and families as they navigate the realities of living abroad.
Men, in particular, often carry unexpressed frustrations in silence — expected to remain strong while managing inner conflict alone. Families, in turn, face the unseen strain of parenting and adolescence, often without the support of extended relatives or close friends.
I offer a safe space where vulnerability is met with compassion, where silence turns into dialogue, and where challenges become opportunities for self-reflection.
As a certified Life Coach and Family & Couples Counsellor, my coaching is grounded in ethics, presence, and trust. I’ve offered my services through a referral-based practice since the pandemic. Now, I feel called to extend my experience and knowledge beyond that network — to those seeking connection, understanding, and self-empowerment.
Why I Do This Work
My calling began by witnessing how often people feel unheard — parents and teens caught in cycles of miscommunication, individuals disconnected from themselves, and relationships strained by unspoken expectations
My work is to offer not only practical tools, but a human presence — one that sees you, hears you, and walks beside you as you reconnect with your unique self.
